Hi! I'm Glenesse (glenn-iss): a 29-year-old homeowner and mother of 1 ridiculously smart and adorable 7-year-old. I am a Sergeant in the United States Army and part-time Student who loves a good shoe (but then again, who doesn't?!). I'm currently living in Killeen, Texas while on active duty. I'm just like anyone else; I struggle with the same things as everyone else. I believe in all things feminine. I love dresses. & heels. & painted toenails. & make-up. & shimmer. I originally created this blog in 2009 while deployed just to kill time. Then it turned into something ugly. And as I reflected on that, I made the decision to be better, live better. So here I am, one post at a time, telling you guys about me, my life, my style, my family, my work and everything else that falls in between and I hope that you enjoy it.
